This policy explains how Lym Global (“we”) collects and processes personal data when you use lym-global.com. Our e-commerce website lym.vn has its own policy at lym.vn.
1. Data we collect
- Data you submit through forms: name, email, phone number, company/organisation, country, category of interest, position applied for, CV link and your message.
- Technical data: server logs (IP address, browser, time of access) for security and operations. IP addresses linked to forms are stored only as a hash to prevent spam.
2. Why we process it
- To answer your questions, requests and partnership proposals.
- To review job applications.
- To protect the website from unauthorised access and spam.
3. Legal basis
We process form data on the basis of your consent (the consent box is never pre-ticked) under Vietnam’s Law on Personal Data Protection No. 91/2025/QH15 and its guiding regulations. You may withdraw consent at any time.
4. How long we keep it
Form submissions are kept for up to 12 months from receipt and then permanently deleted automatically, unless the law requires longer retention or you become a partner or employee (in which case the relevant internal rules apply). Server logs are rotated regularly.
5. Sharing
Data is accessed only by staff authorised to handle requests. Infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery, and Cloudflare’s content delivery and security network) may process data on our behalf solely to operate the website. We do not sell personal data.
6. Your rights
You have the right to be informed, to give or withdraw consent, to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to complain as provided by law. To exercise these rights, send a request through our Contact page (choose “General enquiry”).
7. Cookies

8. Security
The website uses encrypted HTTPS connections, its database is not open to unauthenticated public access, and administrative access is limited by role.

We may update this policy. The date of the latest update is shown at the bottom of this page.
